62e68dcfe7 feat(v030): settings.sync_repo_url + sync_auto_enabled + sync_interval_min 
- zod schema 확장: sync_repo_url (nullable), sync_auto_enabled (default true), sync_interval_min (int >= 5, default 30)
- getter/setter 6개 추가 (기존 ai_enabled / onboarding_completed 패턴)
- setSyncIntervalMin 은 non-integer / < 5 reject

de895b8fec feat(settings): SettingsService — JSON 영속화 + zod 검증 (v0.2.3.1) 
- `<profileDir>/settings.json` atomic write (temp + rename)
- 손상 JSON / 파일 없음 → 빈 객체 fallback (no throw)
- in-memory cache (load 1회 file read)
- zod .strict() schema for ollama { endpoint: URL, model: string }
- 단위 +6 cases
