+# fb-40 Fact-grounded Answer Implementation Plan
+

+**Goal:** Strengthen RAG fact-grounding by introducing `rag-v2` prompt template (verbatim span 인용 자도 / 학습 지식 동원 금지 / 추측 금지) and dispatching by config; keep `rag-v1` as legacy backwards-compat.
