1. 위치: /build/cache/dogfood/ → /build/dogfood/. /build/cache 는 의미상
캐시 (regeneratable downloads/models) 이지 test data 아님.
/build/dogfood 는 sudo 로 신설 + chown.
2. 분류 정책: kebab version / 생성 시점 / scenario name prefix 금지

`kebab search --json` / `kebab ask --json` automatically when the user
