feat(search): provenance 출처 필터 — [[workspace.sources]] 멀티소스 + --source/--source-type

혼합 출처 KB(위키+jira 등)에서 색인은 전부 하되 질의 시 출처로 좁히는 provenance
레버. 전역 trust 곱셈가중(weighted-RRF)은 A/B 에서 반증(θ=0.85 만으로 incident MRR
0.918→0.340 절벽, 점수 압축) — 필터가 see-saw 없는 올바른 레버.
- config [[workspace.sources]] (각 id/root/exclude/trust_level/source_type);
단일 root 는 implicit `default` source 로 정규화. validate: id 유일·비어있지 않음.
- config schema v3→v4 (step_3_to_4, root→[[workspace.sources]] id=default 미러, 멱등)
- V014 documents.source_id 컬럼+인덱스 (additive, DEFAULT 'default', 재색인 0)
- Metadata.source_id + BodyHints trust precedence(frontmatter > source 기본값 > Primary)
- ingest: --root 미지정 시 resolved_sources() 순회 + doc 마다 source_id/trust stamp
- 검색 SearchFilters.source_type/source_id → lexical + vector 두 site (IN, OR)
- CLI kebab search --source <id> / --source-type <type> (repeatable/comma-sep)
도그푸딩(620 doc, jira400+wiki220): --source wiki 로 개념 질의 MRR 0.780→0.810,
--source jira 로 incident 0.918→0.975. trust precedence 실측(jira=secondary 기본값).
version bump 0.28.0 → 0.29.0 (신규 CLI flag + config 키 + V014 migration → minor).
follow-up: MCP search 필터 미노출 · kebab list source_id 미표시 · RAG provenance 라벨.

feat(config): step_2_to_3 — 미디어 테이블 [ingest.*] relocation + pdf paddle 값 보존

move_table(decor 포함 통째 이동) + move_indexing_keys(병렬도 키) +
copy_image_paddle_to_pdf(v2 비대칭 보존). CURRENT_SCHEMA_VERSION=3.
section_comment 를 ingest.* 경로로 갱신. 멱등.

feat(config): per-option 인라인 주석(key_comment) — init/reconcile 부착

annotate_table 의 leaf 분기 추가: 스칼라/배열 키 값 뒤에 한 줄 주석 suffix.
dotted path → 주석 매핑(workspace.root, ocr.model, request_timeout 등).

refactor(config): v3 레이아웃 — 미디어 ingest 통합 + pdf paddle 대칭 + float 직렬화

Config 의 indexing/chunking/image/pdf top-level 필드를 ingest: IngestCfg
하나로 통합. leaf 구조체는 불변, 부모 경로만 [ingest.*] 하위로 이동.
PdfOcrCfg 에 paddle 대칭 6키(det/rec/dict/score_thresh/unclip_ratio/
max_boxes) 추가. ser_f32_clean 으로 f32 직렬화 정리(0.3000000119→0.3).
apply_env RHS 를 self.ingest.* 로 갱신(env 키 문자열 LHS 불변).

KEBAB_INGEST_EXPANSION_* env 파싱 + 테스트 제거. migrate.rs 의
ingest.expansion 섹션 주석 제거 — config migrate 테스트는 ingest.code 앵커로
정정(forward-compat: 기존 [ingest.expansion] 섹션은 serde 가 무시).

fix(config): init 헤더에 지원 확장자 상세 목록 유지

상세 목록(.md / .png .jpg .jpeg / .pdf)을 보존하도록 복원. p9-fb-25 의
init_template 계약(지원 확장자 안내) 유지.

카탈로그 공유 원천), reconcile(빠진 섹션/키 주석과 함께 추가, 값 불가침),

- schema_version default 1 → 2
- 56 tests green, clippy -D warnings clean
