Summary

PR #49 (kebab reset, p9-fb-06) 머지 후 두 후속 정리:

Cargo.lock: kebab-cli 의 새 dev-dep tempfile 이 Cargo.toml 에는 들어갔지만 lockfile 항목이 갱신 안 된 채 머지됨 — cargo metadata 가 한 줄 (+ "tempfile") 추가해서 sync.
tasks/p9/p9-fb-06-data-reset-command.md: frontmatter status: in_progress → completed. plan task 6 의 "머지 후 별도 한 줄 commit 으로 flip" 약속 이행.

Test plan

코드 변경 없음. lockfile 한 줄 + spec 한 줄.

cargo metadata --no-deps clean (lock 동기화 확인)
git diff main 가 정확히 두 hunk

chore(p9-fb-06): sync Cargo.lock for tempfile dev-dep + flip spec to completed 8879bd4de2

Two follow-ups after PR #49 (kebab reset) merged:
- Cargo.lock: kebab-cli's new dev-dep `tempfile` was committed in the
  feature PR but the lockfile entry was not regenerated, leaving main
  with a stale lock. `cargo metadata` regenerates the one-line addition
  to kebab-cli's dependency list.
- tasks/p9/p9-fb-06-data-reset-command.md: status `in_progress` →
  `completed`, per the plan's task 6 commitment to flip in a separate
  one-line commit only after the implementation PR merges.
