리뷰 MAJOR: purge_document_at_workspace_path_except_doc_id(parser-bump 경로)에
원본+sentinel embedding_records 명시 DELETE 누락 → tombstone 누적. 추가 +
회귀 테스트. MINOR: V011 status CHECK(pending/committed/tombstone) 복원.
NIT: foreign_keys PRAGMA no-op 주석.
