feat(recall): IPC + preload + InboxApi — 5 channels (#6 v0.2.3)

- ipcMain.handle: list/markOpened/dismiss/emitShown/emitSnoozed
- preload inboxApi: 5 entries (ipcRenderer.invoke)
- shared/types InboxApi: 5 method signatures
