v0.2.3 cut 7/7 완료 (PR #13/#14/#15/#16/#17/#18/#19) 후 binary 빌드.

빌드 결과: dist/Inkling Setup 0.2.3.exe (103.8MB, NSIS x64)
gates: typecheck 0 / 단위 403 / e2e 1

다음: dogfood 머신 핸드오프 → ≥1주 soak → telemetry export → v0.2.4 brainstorm
