진행 로그 개선은 검색·색인 결과 불변 + 새 명령/플래그/config 없음 + additive-only
wire(asset_phase)라 CLAUDE.md 신규 규칙(기능/인터페이스 변경=minor, 없으면 patch)상
patch 가 맞음. version·라벨·HOTFIXES 헤더를 0.26.1 로 정정.

4918983d9c chore(ingest): PR #204 회차1 리뷰 반영 — 버전 라벨 v0.26.0 → v0.27.0
신규 진행로깅 표면(asset_phase / ocr_ms / caption_ms + progress.rs heartbeat·
slowest 주석)이 v0.26.0 으로 잘못 표기돼 있던 것을 v0.27.0(실제 추가 버전)으로
정정. wire schema 의 "추가 버전" 정확성(외부 통합 참조). 로직 변경 없음(주석/doc).

aeaa18a564 feat(ingest): 진행 로그 개선 — 파일명/phase/heartbeat/slowest 요약
OCR/caption 켜진 볼트 ingest 가 중간부터 느릴 때 TTY 진행바가 파일명·phase·
모델·경과시간을 안 보여 "멈춤"처럼 보이던 문제 해결.
- 신규 wire AssetPhase{idx,total,phase,model} + AssetTimings.ocr_ms/caption_ms
  (additive, ingest_progress.v1 유지)
- app: apply_ocr/apply_caption/embed 진입 시 AssetPhase emit + ocr/caption 시간 측정
- cli: TTY 진행바에 현재 파일명 + phase(model) + asset 경과초(heartbeat),
  종료 시 최장 소요 파일 top-5 요약(quiet 여도 출력, --json 미출력)
- wire schema / README / HANDOFF / HOTFIXES 동기화, version 0.26.0 → 0.27.0

검증(리더): clippy 0, kebab-app/cli 61그룹·parse-image/tui 14그룹 0실패(-j8).

a48c405826 refactor(wire): ExpansionProgress 이벤트 + 렌더 제거
IngestEvent::ExpansionProgress variant + 직렬화 테스트 제거(AssetChunked/
AssetTimings 유지). CLI/TUI 의 expansion 렌더 제거, AssetTimings 한 줄에서
expand 세그먼트 제거. ingest_progress.v1 schema 의 expansion_progress kind
제거, expansion_ms 설명을 "값 0 유지"로 갱신.

a48b055358 feat(ingest): asset 내부 phase 진행 로깅 (asset_chunked/expansion_progress/asset_timings) + v0.24.0
asset(문서) 단위뿐이던 ingest 진행 이벤트에 문서 내부 phase 가시성을 추가.
큰 문서가 expansion(별칭 LLM, 청크당 순차)으로 수십 분 걸려도 진행바가
1/N 에 멈춘 듯 보이던 문제 해결.

wire ingest_progress.v1 additive (backward-compat):
- asset_chunked {idx,total,chunks} — 청킹 직후, markdown/image/pdf 전 경로
- expansion_progress {idx,total,done,chunks} — expansion 루프 스로틀
  (25청크 또는 1s, 종료 시 done==chunks). 캐시 히트도 done 에 포함
- asset_timings {idx,total,parse_ms,chunk_ms,expansion_ms,embed_ms,store_ms}
  — markdown 경로 phase별 wall-clock

설계: timing 은 kebab_core::IngestItem(wire-stable) 변경을 피해 신규
AssetTimings 이벤트로 ingest_one_asset 가 직접 emit (AssetFinished 무변경).

CLI(progress.rs): 진행바 sub-message(→ N chunks / 별칭 확장 done/chunks) +
asset 종료 시 phase timing 한 줄(fmt_ms). TUI reducer no-op arm.

검증: clippy -D warnings exit 0; cargo test -p kebab-app -p kebab-cli
312 passed/0 failed. ordering-invariant 테스트 재작성 + 신규 직렬화 테스트.

581e1d5d55 feat(cli): ingest 시 임베딩 백엔드/디바이스 한 줄 표시 + README KB 이전 문서 (v0.23.1)
- kebab-cli ingest: 시작 시 `임베딩 백엔드: <provider> (Metal/GPU 빌드|CPU) · 모델 …`
  를 stderr 로 표시 (--json/--quiet 억제). Metal 표기는 cfg!(feature=embed_metal)
  기반; 확정 런타임 디바이스는 kb.log(`candle device = …`).
- README: '외부 계산 + 로컬 검색' 절에 복사 대상(kebab.sqlite/sqlite, lancedb/vector_dir)
  + [storage] config 키 + models/assets 복사 불필요 + 동일 버전/모델 조건 + rsync 예시.
- 버전 0.23.0 → 0.23.1 (CLI 출력 + 문서만, 동작/schema 불변).

d93b757cf1 fix(cli): thread --config through kebab eval run/aggregate/compare (facade-rule)
Cmd::Eval now loads Config via cli.config (same pattern as all other
subcommands) before dispatching to the inner match.  Each arm now calls
the *_with_config variant:

  run_eval(&opts)             → run_eval_with_config(&cfg, &opts)
  compute_aggregate(run_id)   → compute_aggregate_with_config(&cfg, run_id)
  store_aggregate(run_id, ..) → store_aggregate_with_config(&cfg, run_id, ..)
  Compare already called compare_runs_with_config but sourced cfg from
  Config::load(None) — that redundant load is removed; cfg comes from
  the shared binding above.

Fixes the same facade-rule regression pattern as P3-5 / P4-3: previously
`kebab --config /build/dogfood/config.toml eval run` silently evaluated
the XDG-default (empty) KB instead of the dogfood KB.

Also fixes runner.rs test that hardcoded rag-v2 after commit 5719969
bumped the default prompt_template_version to rag-v3.

d9ec7b8dc3 feat(cli): kebab inspect ocr-stats + ocr-failures (Enhancement 3 + wire schema additive minor)
Two new wire schemas land as additive minor: ocr_stats.v1 (corpus-wide
aggregate — total_events, success_rate, p50/p90/p99/max_ms, by_engine,
top-10 by_doc by failure count) and ocr_failures.v1 (per-doc or
corpus-wide recent failures, with --doc-id + --limit). Both ship via
new CLI subcommands `kebab inspect ocr-stats` / `inspect ocr-failures`.

App gains four facade methods: inspect_ocr_stats /
inspect_ocr_failures plus their *_with_config companions — required by
CLAUDE.md "the facade rule" so `--config <path>` is honored. The CLI
dispatch arms thread cfg explicitly into the _with_config form.

Runtime introspection emit (WIRE_SCHEMAS in schema.rs) gains two
entries; the meta JSON Schema (schema.schema.json) is untouched
because its wire.schemas is pattern-based, not enum-based.

ingest_log::percentiles extended to (p50, p90, p99, max). p99 surfaces
only via inspect ocr-stats; IngestSummary (round 1) stays 3-percentile.

SKILL.md synced with the two new schemas (AC-13).

Closure r2 G2 (facade *_with_config pair) + G3 (runtime emit, not
meta schema file) + closure r1 F4 (p99) resolved.

685007789a style: cargo fmt --all (round 4 ingest log feature follow-up)
Phase C4 executor 의 마지막 `fix(test): clippy + fmt fixes` commit 이
test file 부분만 fmt 적용. workspace 전체 fmt 누락 발견 → cargo fmt --all
적용. 모든 import alphabetical reorder + line wrapping 정합.

추가 untracked artifact 동시 commit:
- docs/superpowers/specs/2026-05-28-v0.20-ingest-log-spec.md (491 line, ACCEPT)
- docs/superpowers/plans/2026-05-28-v0.20-ingest-log-plan.md (616 line, ACCEPT)

v0.20.x ingest log feature 의 wire side. additive minor cascade:

  * PdfOcrProgress::Finished + IngestEvent::PdfOcrFinished 의 4 field:
      - image_byte_size: Option<u64>
      - image_width:     Option<u32>
      - image_height:    Option<u32>
      - failure_reason:  Option<String>
  * docs/wire-schema/v1/ingest_progress.schema.json — 4 추가 property
    (모두 optional, required 변경 없음 = additive minor)
  * integrations/claude-code/kebab/SKILL.md — wire schema description 동기

기존 ingest_progress.v1 consumer (CLI wire dump, integration test
fixture, kebab-cli wire_search/wire_ask) 는 4 추가 field 의
Option::None 으로 backward-compat. version bump 0 (additive minor =
binary-version cascade trigger 아님 per CLAUDE.md §Versioning cascade).

854a180365 fix(cli): add active_parsers + active_chunkers to Models test fixture in wire.rs (Bug #13)
Step 4 의 Models struct 확장 (active_parsers / active_chunkers 추가) 이
crates/kebab-cli/src/wire.rs 의 테스트 fixture 초기화를 누락 → E0063 컴파일 에러.
#[serde(default)] 는 serde 역직렬화 전용 — struct literal 초기화 에는 모든 field 필요.

2c7fa7142a fix(cli): empty query emits error.v1 invalid_input for search + ask (Bug #14)
이전: `kebab search "" --json` / `kebab search "  " --json` / `kebab ask "" --json`
모두 exit=0 + silent 0 hit (search) 또는 LLM 빈 prompt round-trip (ask). user
mistake (typo, shell expansion 실수) 가 silent → debugging 비용.

이후: 양쪽 arm 에서 `query.trim().is_empty()` → kebab_app::StructuredError
(ErrorV1, code=invalid_input, hint 포함). exit=2 (StructuredError → 기존
exit_code() 의 generic non-zero path).

--bulk mode 는 영향 0 (bulk arm 이 query 무시).

8cf73d1f43 docs(cli): list 'code' in --media help string + SKILL.md (Bug #7)
Why: kebab search --media code 가 v0.18.0 부터 functional support 됨
(MEDIA_KINDS 외 path 로 first-class 처리, schema.v1.media_breakdown.code
존재). 그러나 SearchArgs 의 clap doc-comment + SKILL.md line 57 의
value list 가 stale — `code` 누락. user 가 --help 만 보고 code 미지원이라
오해 가능.

Change: 2 surface 동기 — main.rs line 158-160 의 multi-line clap
doc-comment + integrations/claude-code/kebab/SKILL.md line 57.
Rust binary surface / wire schema 변경 0.

Out of scope (follow-up): crates/kebab-mcp/tools/search.rs:44,
crates/kebab-core/src/search.rs:32+52, crates/kebab-app/src/
ingest_progress.rs:69, crates/kebab-cli/tests/wire_schema_breakdowns.rs:35

c9e05941c5 feat(cli): activate per-page PDF OCR progress printer + test(app): ingest_progress emit verify + spec(pdf-ocr): align §4.6.1 literal with option_A (ms/chars)
Step 8 (Group H) of v0.20.0 sub-item 1 (scanned PDF OCR) plan +
Step 7 reviewer concern fix (spec literal deviation).

H1 — kebab-cli/src/progress.rs printer activation:
- 구 no-op stub `IngestEvent::PdfOcr* { .. } => {}` (Step 6 placeholder)
  를 사람-친화 stderr line printer 로 활성화.
- spec §4.6.1 line 1085-1086 wording 그대로:
  - PdfOcrStarted → `  📷 OCR page {page}...`
  - PdfOcrFinished (skipped=false) → `  ✓ OCR page {page} ({chars} chars, {ms}ms via {ocr_engine})`
  - PdfOcrFinished (skipped=true)  → `  ⊘ OCR page {page} skipped (no DCTDecode or engine fail, {ms}ms)` (M-4 의 skipped field carry 활용)

  field name `ms` / `chars` (option_A, Rust serde 와 정합) 로 갱신.
- line 1087 의 printer wording 도 `{ocr_chars}` / `{ocr_ms}` → `{chars}` / `{ms}`.

b9ee09f176 feat(app): wire PDF OCR enrichment + cancel propagation into ingest_one_pdf_asset (H-5 eager init + post-extract hook + per-page cancel) + workspace lopdf dep (Step 4 M-4)
Step 6 (Group E) of v0.20.0 sub-item 1 (scanned PDF OCR) plan +
Step 7 spillover (IngestEvent variant + IngestItem field for compile
boundary) + Step 4 reviewer Minor M-4 fix.

E1 — eager PDF OCR engine build at `ingest_with_config_opts` entry,
mirror of image OCR pattern (lib.rs:338-347). `pdf.ocr.enabled ||
always_on` 시 `OllamaVisionOcr::from_parts(endpoint, model, ...)` 호출
+ fail-fast `?`. App field 추가 0 (local var only, spec L-1 / Step 1
A1 cosmetic fix 정합).

E2 — `ingest_one_pdf_asset` signature extension: +3 param
(`pdf_ocr_engine: Option<&OllamaVisionOcr>`, `progress: Option<&
mpsc::Sender<IngestEvent>>`, `cancel: Option<&Arc<AtomicBool>>`).
`ingest_one_asset` dispatch wrapper + caller (dispatch loop) update.

E3 — post-extract enrichment block at `extract_for` 직후 (line 1779).
`pdf.ocr.enabled || always_on` 시 `apply_ocr_to_pdf_pages` 호출,
PdfOcrProgress → IngestEvent emit (PdfOcrStarted / PdfOcrFinished
with ocr_engine), summary 의 pages_ocrd/ms_total 을 IngestItem field
로 carry. PR #187 registry dispatch invariant 보존
(`extract_for(&asset.media_type, ...)` 그대로).

E4 — cancel handle propagation: ingest_with_config_cancellable →
IngestOpts.cancel → ingest_with_config_opts → ingest_one_asset →
ingest_one_pdf_asset (new `cancel` param) → PdfOcrOpts.cancel chain.
spec §4.8 line 1159 production wiring.

Step 7 spillover (compile boundary):
- `kebab_app::ingest_progress::IngestEvent`: PdfOcrStarted { page } +
  PdfOcrFinished { page, ms, chars, ocr_engine }. serde discriminant
  `pdf_ocr_started` / `pdf_ocr_finished` (Step 7 G3 wire schema 와 일치).
- `kebab_core::IngestItem`: pdf_ocr_pages: Option<u32> +
  pdf_ocr_ms_total: Option<u64> (warnings/error 사이). 11 non-PDF
  IngestItem construct site 가 `None` 채움.
- `kebab-cli/src/progress.rs` + `kebab-tui/src/ingest_progress.rs`:
  새 variant no-op handler (v1에서 per-page progress 미노출, future

- `kebab-store-sqlite/tests/ingest_report_snapshot.rs` + snapshot
  `ingest_report.snapshot.json`: 2 IngestItem fixture 의 새 field 추가.
- Step 7 의 JSON Schema 갱신 + CLI printer activation + snapshot
  regenerate 는 별 commit (G3/H1/H2 deliverable).

M-4 (Step 4 reviewer Minor) — lopdf workspace dep 통합:
- workspace `Cargo.toml [workspace.dependencies] lopdf = "0.32"`.
- kebab-app + kebab-parse-pdf 의 direct dep → `{ workspace = true }`.

Verifier evidence:
- workspace test (`cargo test --workspace --no-fail-fast -j 1`):
  175 test result summary lines, 0 failures, 0 FAILED.
- workspace clippy (`-D warnings`): exit 0, 0 warning.
- dep graph baseline (`.omc/state/pdf-ocr-{parse-pdf,app-parse}-deps.baseline.txt`):
  empty diff for both.

7c85de065a chore: workspace-wide cleanup — clippy::pedantic baseline + auto-fix
cut PR v0.18.0 전 마지막 정리. 사용자 요청: "전체 코드베이스를 깔끔하고 알아보기 쉽게".

## Workspace lints

- `Cargo.toml` 의 `[workspace.lints.clippy]` 에 `pedantic = "warn"` (priority -1) + 의도적 allow-list 추가:
  - cast_possible_truncation / cast_possible_wrap / cast_sign_loss / cast_precision_loss — ONNX i64 / hash modular reduction 등 의도적 truncation.
  - doc_markdown / missing_errors_doc / missing_panics_doc — cosmetic doc style.
  - too_many_lines / module_name_repetitions / must_use_candidate / needless_pass_by_value / manual_let_else / items_after_statements / similar_names — informational only.
  - format_collect / match_wildcard_for_single_variants / trivially_copy_pass_by_ref / unnecessary_wraps — intentional patterns (exhaustive match, future Result variants 등).
  - default_trait_access — `Foo::default()` 가 idiomatic.
  - float_cmp — NLI / RRF score 의 explicit threshold 비교 의도.
  - struct_excessive_bools / case_sensitive_file_extension_comparisons / naive_bytecount / ignore_without_reason — domain-specific 의도.

- 각 24 crate `Cargo.toml` 에 `[lints] workspace = true` 추가.

## Auto-fix

`cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --fix` 적용 — 128 files changed, 552 insertions / 472 deletions. 주로:
- uninlined_format_args (~18): `format!("{}", x)` → `format!("{x}")`.
- redundant_closure_for_method_calls (~33): `.map(|x| x.foo())` → `.map(T::foo)`.
- 그 외 mechanical refactor.

## 검증

- `cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -j 1 -- -D warnings` clean (pedantic + 모든 lint group).
- `cargo test --workspace --no-fail-fast -j 1` — **1293 tests pass + 1 pre-existing flaky fail** (`kebab-mcp::tools_call_ask_multi_hop::ask_tool_routes_multi_hop_true_to_decompose_first`, HOTFIX candidate, cleanup 무관). 회귀 0.

Wire 영향: 없음.
Behavior 영향: 없음 (mechanical refactor only).

546c1564b0 feat(rag): fb-41 PR-9c-1 — core types + wire scaffolding (NLI verification)
Surface-only PR (no behavior wiring — that's PR-9c-2):
- kebab-core: RefusalReason::NliVerificationFailed + NliModelUnavailable (serde rename_all="snake_case", wire = identical strings).
- kebab-core: Answer.verification: Option<VerificationSummary> field (additive minor wire — pre-v0.18 reader 무영향).
- kebab-core: VerificationSummary { nli_score: f32, nli_threshold: f32, nli_passed: bool } struct + lib.rs 재-export.
- kebab-config: NliCfg { model, provider } + ModelsCfg.nli (default Xenova/mDeBERTa-v3-base-xnli-multilingual-nli-2mil7).
- kebab-config: RagCfg.nli_threshold: f32 (default 0.0 = disabled, spec §2.6 single gate).
- kebab-config: env override KEBAB_MODELS_NLI_MODEL/PROVIDER + KEBAB_RAG_NLI_THRESHOLD (parse 실패 시 tracing::warn + default 유지).

## CLI surface

- `kebab ask --multi-hop <query>` — 새 flag (default false). `AskOpts.multi_hop`

  flag 와 orthogonal.
- `--json` 모드에서 `Answer.hops` 배열이 multi-hop happy path / refusal-with-

## Wire schema 확장

- `docs/wire-schema/v1/answer.schema.json`:
  - 신규 `hops: array | null` 필드 (optional, additive). `HopRecord` 의
    `$defs` 추가 — `iter` / `kind` (decompose|decide|synthesize) /
    `sub_queries` / `context_chunks_added` / `forced_stop` / `llm_call_ms`
    6 필드 + per-field doc.
  - `refusal_reason` 필드를 `anyOf [enum, null]` 로 명시 — 6 variant
    (`score_gate`, `llm_self_judge`, `no_index`, `no_chunks`,

    `type: string|null` 만 명시 → enum 명시는 agent / consumer 의 strict

    으로만 노출되고 `error.v1` (stderr) 경로 안 거침. 미래 PR 에서 fatal
    promotion 정책 결정 시 trigger 가능하도록 enum 만 미리 reserve.
  - details.description 의 per-code 안내에 `multi_hop_decompose_failed: {}`
    note 추가 — reserved 상태 명시.

## Tests

- `crates/kebab-cli/tests/wire_ask_multi_hop.rs` 신규 (4 Ollama-free pins):
  - `cli_ask_help_advertises_multi_hop_flag`: clap-level smoke, `kebab ask
    --help` 출력에 `--multi-hop` 등장 확인.
  - `answer_schema_declares_hops_property_with_hop_record_defs`: `hops`
    property 존재 + `$defs.HopRecord` 의 `kind` enum 3 variant
    (decompose/decide/synthesize) 회귀 핀.
  - `answer_schema_refusal_reason_enum_includes_multi_hop_decompose_failed`:
    6 variant 모두 enum 에 존재 — 기존 5 도 함께 핀 (회귀 방지).
  - `error_schema_code_enum_includes_multi_hop_decompose_failed`: 신규
    code enum 확장 + 기존 code (config_invalid / not_indexed / ...) 보존 핀.

End-to-end multi-hop ask 의 live Ollama 검증은 후속 `#[ignore]` test 로
(같은 `wire_ask_stale.rs` 패턴). PR-4 의 범위 = clap + schema 정합성 만.

## 변경 없음

- `crates/kebab-app/src/error_wire.rs` — plan 의 "error_wire 매핑" 항목은
  현재 RefusalReason 가 `Answer.refusal_reason` 로만 노출 (anyhow chain 안
  거침) 라 trigger 가 없음. enum reservation 만으로 충분, 매핑 코드는 dead
  code 회피. 향후 fatal-promotion 정책 (refusal → error.v1) 결정 시 PR-4b
  로 split.
- `prompt_template_version` — `rag-multi-hop-v1` 그대로.
- TUI / MCP surface — PR-5 / PR-6 에서.

## 검증

- `cargo test -p kebab-cli -j 1` — 모든 test 통과 (신규 wire_ask_multi_hop 4 +
  기존 ask / search / schema / ingest / mcp / reset 등 모두).
- `cargo clippy -p kebab-cli --all-targets -j 1 -- -D warnings` clean.
- 단일 crate 직렬 build (16 GB RAM 제약).

## 다음 PR

- PR-5: MCP `ask` tool 의 `multi_hop: bool` argument + `integrations/claude-
  code/kebab/SKILL.md` 의 ask 절 갱신.
- PR-6: TUI Ask 패널 multi-hop toggle (F2 / Ctrl-T) + hop trace render.
- v0.18.0 cut (PR-6 머지 후): `Cargo.toml` 0.17.2 → 0.18.0 + HANDOFF /
  HOTFIXES / INDEX 갱신 + gitea-release.

7150c376bb feat(rag): fb-41 PR-3a — HopRecord wire + RagCfg multi-hop knobs
PR-3 의 분할 첫 PR. wire additive (HopRecord + HopKind + Answer.hops
field) + RagCfg 의 multi_hop_* 3 노브. RAG pipeline 동작 미변경 —
모든 Answer literal 의 `hops = None`. PR-3b (후속) 가 ask_multi_hop
의 happy path 에서 dynamic decide loop 구현 + hops trace 채움.

분할 이유: 원래 PR-3 가 wire + cfg + decide loop + ScriptedLm +
helper refactor + 5+ tests 단일 PR 였는데 ~1500 줄 단일 patch 가
review 부담 + 회기 위험 ↑. additive foundation 부터 ship 후 decide
loop 별 PR — 사용자 결정 (2026-05-25).

- `kebab_core::HopRecord` (iter, kind, sub_queries,
  context_chunks_added, forced_stop, llm_call_ms) + `HopKind`
  (Decompose / Decide / Synthesize) — wire-additive shape.
- `kebab_core::Answer.hops: Option<Vec<HopRecord>>` —

Wire 영향: `answer.v1` 의 optional `hops` 필드 — `skip_serializing_
if = None` 이라 single-pass response 에 emit 안 됨. wire breaking
아님, JSON Schema 갱신은 PR-3b 또는 PR-4 (실제 emit 시점).

PR-2 of fb-41 multi-hop RAG. Decompose + retrieve + synthesize 3-stage
pipeline가 `opts.multi_hop=true` 일 때 dispatch. Dynamic decide loop
는 PR-3.

- `AskOpts.multi_hop: bool` 필드 추가 + `impl Default for AskOpts`
  도입 (HOTFIXES 2026-05-07 의 known limitation 해소). 9 explicit
  init site 모두 `multi_hop: false` 추가 — Default 도입으로 향후
  `..Default::default()` 점진 migrate 가능.
- `RagPipeline::ask` 의 entry 에 dispatcher 한 줄
  (`if opts.multi_hop { return self.ask_multi_hop(...) }`).
- `RagPipeline::ask_multi_hop` 신규 method. 1) decompose LLM call
  → JSON array of strings parse, 2) 각 sub-query 로 retrieve +

Tests (55 passing total, 8 신규):
- 6 unit (parse_decompose_response 의 bare array / fence variants /
  garbage / cap / trim 회귀 핀).
- 2 integration: `ask_multi_hop_dispatches_and_decompose_garbage_refuses`
  (decompose garbage → MultiHopDecomposeFailed + 정확히 1 LLM call) +
  `ask_with_multi_hop_false_keeps_single_pass_path` (회귀 핀, 기존
  caller 자동 backwards-compat).

Happy-path multi-hop (decompose 성공 → synthesize) 의 integration
test 는 ScriptedLm helper 가 PR-3 의 decide loop 와 함께 도입될
때 같이 추가. 현 `MockLanguageModel` 는 canned single response 라
2-LLM-call sequence 핀 불가.

5f2bd9e97e feat(dogfood): kebab reset --orphans-only — purge stored docs outside walker scope
PR #148 auto-purges only filesystem-missing files (conservative — leaves
on-disk-but-out-of-scope docs alone for data safety). This is the explicit
complement: when the user has narrowed include / widened exclude / removed
a sub-directory from the workspace and WANTS the stored docs reconciled,
they invoke 'kebab reset --orphans-only'.

Confirm prompt with orphan count + sample paths; --yes required in
non-TTY. SQLite purge via existing purge_deleted_workspace_path (PR #148)
+ vector store delete_by_chunk_ids when configured. No fs existence
check — orphans-only is the explicit 'I know what I'm doing' variant.

dogfood follow-up to PR #148 (file deletion auto-purge).

27baec82ea fix(dogfood): auto-purge stored docs for filesystem-deleted files
Files deleted from disk (rm a.md) were leaving stale documents + chunks +
embeddings in the store, surfacing as ghost citations in search/ask.
Existing purge_orphan_at_workspace_path only handled content-changed
stale (WHERE workspace_path=? AND asset_id != ?) — file deletion has no
new asset_id.

Fix: post-walker-scan sweep. Compute (stored_paths - scanned_paths),
for each candidate check filesystem existence — only purge when the
file is TRULY missing. Scope-narrowing case (file on disk but outside
include glob) is explicitly NOT purged to protect users from accidental
data loss via config edits.

Adds:
- DocumentStore::all_workspace_paths trait method + SqliteStore impl
- purge_deleted_workspace_path in store-sqlite (returns chunk_ids for
  vector delete; deletes doc CASCADE + asset row + copied storage file)
- sweep_deleted_files in kebab-app::ingest path; called once per ingest
  before the per-asset loop
- IngestReport.purged_deleted_files counter (additive, serde default)
- CLI ingest summary mentions purge count when > 0
- 2 integration tests: file_deletion_auto_purge + include_scope_narrowing_does_NOT_purge

dogfood discovery (PR #142 1B + multi-root: kebab-docs + httpx + zod
+ lodash). Per user decision: only filesystem deletion auto-purges;
scope narrowing requires explicit kebab reset.

Task 13: add wire regression tests proving markdown SearchHit omits
repo/code_lang when None, and all 5 original Citation variants serialize
byte-identically without spurious Code-variant keys.

Task 15: add --repo (repeatable) and --code-lang (repeatable,
comma-separated) flags to `kebab search`; propagate both into
SearchFilters instead of the previous vec![] stub. Add
#[allow(clippy::large_enum_variant)] — Cmd is short-lived, boxing buys
nothing.

Task 16: add code_lang_breakdown and repo_breakdown BTreeMap fields to
Stats (schema.v1); derive Default on Stats; populate both as empty in
collect_stats (1A-2 fills them when code chunks land). Add unit test
asserting both keys are present in the serialized object.

69037c313a feat(app): SearchResponse.trace + opts.trace threading (fb-37)
Adds the `trace: Option<SearchTrace>` field to `SearchResponse` and
threads `SearchOpts.trace` through `App::search_with_opts`. When the
caller sets `opts.trace = true` the path bypasses the LRU search cache
and runs through `HybridRetriever::search_with_trace`, which dispatches
all 3 SearchModes internally; this means `--trace` requires embeddings
(same constraint as `--mode hybrid`). The non-trace path keeps its
exact prior behavior with `trace: None` stamped on the response.

Picked up Task 1 / Task 3 follow-ups in the same commit so the
workspace compiles: SearchOpts struct-literals in kebab-cli/main.rs +
kebab-mcp/tools/search.rs default the new `trace` field to false, and
the schema-wrapper test in kebab-cli/wire.rs fills the new
media_breakdown / lang_breakdown / index_bytes / stale_doc_count fields
on Stats with `Default::default()`.

3328760dca fix(progress): one draw per file — drop set_message in TTY AssetStarted
set_draw_target switching broke cursor positioning: each hidden→stderr
restore caused indicatif to draw a fresh line instead of overwriting.
Root fix: call only set_position() in TTY AssetStarted (one draw per
file). Filename visible in non-TTY plain-line output.

5be90cffec fix(progress): eliminate duplicate TTY frame per asset
set_position() and set_message() each call update_and_draw()
independently, producing two scrollback lines per file in TTY mode.
Suppress the draw target before the two updates, restore to stderr,
then call tick() to emit exactly one frame.

cb266e0071 fix(progress): eliminate duplicate bar frame per asset in TTY mode
AssetStarted now advances position (idx-1) and sets message together.
AssetFinished no longer updates the bar — Completed handles final
cleanup via finish_and_clear. Result: one bar frame per file instead
of two, eliminating the scrollback duplicate-line artifact.
